An alumnus of the University of Maryland College Park School of Public Health, Sherlene carries with her a wealth of knowledge and an unbreakable passion for Mental Health as a Program Manager, seasoned Mental Health Paraprofessional, and PCA Health Professional.

Her path towards home care services was driven by an innate feeling of needing to be helpful. Sherlene's dedication to quality care stems from her own experiences and desire to provide each and every person the care they deserve.

Allen began his entrepreneurial journey in 2014 out of a need that was personal to him to transform elder care. Watching his own grandparents' experience and treatment when they required care, Allen felt compelled to have a culture where dignity and respect are paramount as a PCA Health Professional.

Sympathetic at heart, Allen is all about empowering others with his business enterprises. His drive to make a positive impact propels Serenity's dedication to delivering exceptional care and care management.
